Welcome to Spending Form, a social budgeting app designed to help you manage your money, build better habits, and collaborate with friends. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Spending Form, including any content, features, or services offered. By using Spending Form, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of Our Service
You must be at least 13 years old to use Spending Form. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Spending Form is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use it for unauthorized or unlawful purposes.
Your Account and Access
We use one-time passcodes (OTP) for secure sign-in instead of passwords. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and OTPs. Do not share your access credentials with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
User Data and Contributions
You may input financial data into the app, including budgets, expenses, notes, and user information. You may also choose to share certain data with friends or groups on the platform.
You retain all rights to your User Data. However, by using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data for the purpose of providing our services.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide.
Sharing and Community Features
Spending Form may offer features that allow you to connect with others, share expenses, or participate in group chats. You are responsible for what you share and who you share it with.
